Então, um estudo sobre o vírus da febre amarela desenvolvido, o vírus da febre amarela é um RNA vírus de retro vírus com estruturas semelhantes a HIV. Mediante el estudio de artículos relacionados con el árbol Guazulma ulmifolia (mutamba) de árboles similares en el sur este de México a Paraguay, sólo el árbol de estos dos Estados tiene efectividad de un inhibidor viral reportado, con todo este estudio, se comenzó la investigación y revisión bibliográfica, con más énfasis en el árbol de estos dos Estados.
El 23 de octubre de 2010, se presentó el Proyecto en el Seminario de investigación del SIDA en Porto Alegre RS, comenzó tan pronto después de eso, mucha expectativa en relación con el proyecto, se informó en varios revistas, periódicos y estaciones de televisión locales del tema, muchas personas hicieron uso, por si mismas del Extracto de Mutamba, de acuerdo a como se difundió la preparación y el protocolo de aplicación, sin efectos tóxicos.

O QUE É AIDS?
A SIDA é uma doença caracterizada por uma disfunção grave e progressiva do sistema imunitário infectados com o vírus da imunodeficiência humana individual (HIV). DIAGNÓSTICO AIDS

TRATAMENTO DA AIDS
A terapia anti-retroviral -A dirige a prevenção da replicação viral, com diferentes drogas que têm como alvo vários estágios do ciclo replicativo. Drogas anti-retrovirais actualmente disponíveis para o tratamento do HIV são vários inibidores da transcriptase reversa que actuam antes da incorporação do material genético do vírus dos inibidores da protease do cromossoma do hospedeiro e, em seguida, que actuam neste passo, e evitar formando viriões proteínas funcionais, isto é, o vírus infeccioso. O cocktail é uma combinação de dois fármacos (Chi et al., 2004).

JUSTIFICAÇÃO
A base teórica da pesquisa do Dr. Paulo Gouveia, o trabalho de seu avô, também cientista Dr. Francisco Cabral de Melo, especialista farmacêutico, formado na Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), em 1946, baseia-se Faina – Goiás, juntamente com colaboradores, tratamentos de documentos em vários pacientes com febre amarela, usando tanino (acúmulo de carbono, hidrogênio e oxigênio) da planta popularmente conhecida como Pithecellobiun Mutamba ou, em testes de plantas típicas região norte, e com um prognóstico favorável, com vários pacientes já tiveram a cura em 100% dos casos, sem evidência de toxicidade em nenhum deles, sendo um produto natural.
O tanino substância contendo Mutamba da planta, através da parede celular e do citoplasma atingir o vírus HIV mesmo em lugares distantes como lingonodos.

JUSTIFICATIVA DO ESTUDO
Embora o início da terapia, diminui a partículas virais indetectáveis, o vírus persiste nos vasos no corpo, tais como linfócitos T adormecido.
